Towels and bedding are provided. The Cottage is situated in a busy town. Although the cottages location is on a side road which Leads to the boat yard and water.

There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

There is space to park a car off the road. There is a local village centre and more shops at larger local centres in Fareham and Whiteley. There is no washing machine or dryer in the property but guests can use the facilities in the main house.
