Easy walk to shops, restaurants, the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail, and public beaches. This 800+ sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed. A loft area with two twin beds is accessible by a sturdy ladder. The loft can be used by guests 10 years of age or older. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the LR. You may use the sleeper sofa OR the loft area, but not both. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people, regardless of age. We kindly ask that you strictly honor this rule.

Grab your bike and head down the TART Trail to Traverse City and take the BATA Bus back or just stroll through our quaint unique downtown shops. Travel to local wineries, Leland's Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bicycle storage available in lower level with owner approval. No pets please.

I sit on one of the highest points in Leelanau & my views from my 2nd story residence looks across N. Lake Leelanau, Lake Michigan, and the Manitou Islands! Alas, the apartment is on lower level walk out so no views but peacefulness surrounds you. We attract our feathered friends to this house of sky, trees, flower and veggie gardens -- come ENJOY THE COLORS!

You can rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle right off of our sandy beach. Friday and Saturday nights there is live music and S'mores at the fire pit.
