The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! The house was built 100 years ago in the picturesque village of Lefkes, where our grandfather Kostoulis was born and raised, who later learned the art of building. The first intervention in the area was made by the grandfather, making the floor in the traditional Cycladic way. A floor that remains unchanged to this day. The space is now fully renovated, but keeping its Cycladic aesthetics to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay to the guest.

Ermioni's Apartment - Parikia, Paros

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.
