We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, but very close to major cities, Lille 20 minutes, Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes. The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €7 per person. We are 3 km from the Phalempin Forest. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

Leforest Centre Apartment 50 m2

This apartment ideally located in the heart of Leforest and close to all amenities and shops is ideal for a short or long stay. Just a few minutes from the train station, you will be in 10 minutes in Douai, 20 minutes from Lille. Composed of a large 14 m2 bedroom, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the living room sofa bed. Fully equipped, you will just have to put your bags down and enjoy the 50m2 of available space. Free Wifi / Netflix.

Small house in independent duplex, comfortable, located in the city center, on a one-way street in a residential area. Close to major roads (Douai and Lens 12 minutes away, Lille and Arras 25 minutes away). You can park for free close by. An electric terminal is 50 m away. Accommodation Ideal for taking contests at Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
