Il dispose d'un espace chambre séparé par des rideaux avec un lit de 140/190 cm, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le séjour permettant d'accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Stores et volets roulants assurent confort et intimité. A 5 min à pied de la gare, 7 min de Gayant Expo et 10 min du centre-ville. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue et place de parking privée.

Micro-maison en duplex indépendante située au centre ville, dans une rue en sens unique d'un quartier résidentiel. A proximité des grands axes routiers (Douai et Lens à 12 mn, Lille et Arras à 25mn). Vous pourrez stationner gratuitement à proximité. Logement Idéal pour passer les concours à Gayant expo. Mezzanine avec au choix lit 180 ou deux lits de 90. Le troisième lit de 90 au rez-de-chaussée est à réserver en supplément avec le linge évidemment fourni. Une borne électrique se trouve à 50m.

The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site. Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
