aunque solo nos pudimos quedar una noche nos hemos sentido como en casa. Pudimos viajar con nuestra perra y Pablo, sabiendo que llegábamos tarde, nos hizo el sofá cama. La zona tranquilisima y rodeada de verde. Ojalá poder repetir pronto!

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

S il y avait une note au dessus de 5 nous l aurions mis ! L appartement parfait ! Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

El apartamento es tal cuál se ve en las fotos, no le falta de nada, y Óscar está pendiente de cualquier cosa desde la llegada hasta la salida. Apartamento muy recomendable si quieres visitar Madrid pero quieres descansar en un ambiente tranquilo. ¡Y poder viajar con tu mascota lo hace inmejorable!

Nos alojemos en este apartamento durante 11 días y nos pareció un súper apartamento/casita. En el barrio de Tetuán con todos los servicios a mano y transporte directo al centro y puntos de interés de Madrid. Flora y su hijo son super amables, flexibles con tus necesidades y que se moverán para cualquier cosa que necesites además siempre con una sonrisa y de corazón. Con respecto al apartamento está muy bien equipado, todo lo necesario en la cocina como si fuera tu casa. Un baño pequeñito pero super funcional y una ducha bastante buena con presión, agua bien caliente y diferentes modos de salida de agua. Dispone de un patio muy práctico y muy cómodo para disfrutar del sol, tender ropa, comer fuera ... Dispone de armario amplio y todo lo necesario para colgar ropa, planchar, limpiar, toallas y sábanas de sobra... Salón amplio con diferentes asientos muy cómodos. No pasarás frío ni calor gracias a la calefacción que puedes gestionar tu mismo. Lo recomendamos a 100%

Maria was a great host and the apartment was very spacious for a large group. It was located conveniently to travel back and forth to the tourist sites around town. The area isn’t in the best of neighborhoods but was very peaceful. Parking for a large car can be challenging but the apartment is a corner lot which makes it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

Gorgeously designed interior space! It was brilliantly inspiring and inviting 💕💚🥰🌟 the location was perfect and a lovely walk to the botanical garden and museums - definitely recommend! ❣️

Alojamiento muy luminoso y cómodo. Ubicación tranquila y con parada del metro y supermercado cerca. Liuta muy amable y atenta con nosotros, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Apartamento ideal y bien comunicado. Francisco nos envió las instrucciones con tiempo suficiente para planificar nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó detalles útiles. pudimos acceder a la vivienda un poco antes, lo cual es un detalle porque teníamos in evento familiar y nos facilitó la logística. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, muy amable y hospitalidad top. La casa es cómoda para cuatro personas al disponer de sofá cama. Es muy luminoso, la terraza es una maravilla y todo estaba muy limpio. la ropa de cama de algodón y la cama muy cómoda. El apartamento está reformado recientemente y todo está muy cuidado. Cuenta con pequeños detalles como detergente para lavar ropa, variedad de tes, cafetera tipo nespresso, etc. Dormimos fenomenal, la zona es muy tranquila. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de Santiago Bernabeu (5min) y a 18min andando de Pza. Castilla. Tiene cerca varias lineas de autobús y metro. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiremos!!!!

Nos hospedamos dos noches con mi novio y todo estuvo perfecto. El departamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario y la atención de Claudia y Carlos fue muy buena. Está cerca del aeropuerto y de un shopping que tiene de todo, ideal para una parada en Madrid antes de viajar.

Ha sido genial, trato excepcional y muy amable. El piso perfecto y cómodo, con muchos comercios cerca como centro comercial, mercadona, aldi,... Sin duda volveríamos a repetir!!

Logement tout à fait conforme à la description ! Propre , maison agréable, avec tout le confort nécessaire , jardin niquel , piscine bien entretenue aussi : Parfait 👍 De toute façon s’il vous manque quelque chose , n’hésitez pas à demander , notre hôte a été très très réactif et bienveillant et très honnête ! Je vous recommande à 100% cette maison . Un grand merci !!!!

This Airbnb was amazing. It was super clean, stylish, and somehow even better than the photos. Odette was an incredible host. She was very flexible with our late 2am check-in after our flight and had the place fully stocked with kitchen utensils, plus some food to get us started until we could go shopping. The location was perfect—very walkable, close to the metro, and surrounded by great restaurants and sights. After we checked in, Odette sent us a long list of recommendations, and we ended up visiting almost all of them and loved each one. She was also super responsive and kind when we accidentally got locked out, and she helped us right away. We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

A acomodação é muito bem localizada, próxima a estação de metrô (Uma caminhada de 10 minutos) está bem próxima do palácio real de Madrid. O apartamento é completo tem todos os itens para fazer um café da manhã e preparar pequenas refeições. O anfitrião deixou a nossa disposição cápsulas de café , açúcar e chá. Recomendo a todos essa acomodação.

Es pisito pequeño y súper acogedor. En nuestro caso fuimos 4 adultos, y aunque no sobra espacio, es más que suficiente para estar cómodos. El espacio está muy limpio, y bien equipado tanto en la cocina como el baño. La ubicación es perfecta, a menos de cinco minutos del metro y 15 minutos andando de Atocha. Mireia fue súper agradable y resolutivo, así que recomiendo 100% el piso. El único aspecto negativo a considerar (sobretodo para verano) es que, aunque cuenta con aire acondicionado, las normas de la comunidad no permiten que esté encendido más allá de las 24h. Por otro lado un punto súper favorable es que la zona es tremendamente silenciosa para estar en la zona “centro” de Madrid. No afecta ni se escucha el sonido del tráfico ni de la calle en general.

Piso muy ordenado y limpio, bien conectado para ir al centro de la ciudad con el autobús. Lleno de servicios en el alrededor. Muy recomendable

Nuestra experiencia fue inmejorable, el apartamento está ubicado en una gran zona, muy cómoda para accede y rodeada de restaurantes y locales en un muy bonito barrio El edificio tiene ascensor (muy importante por las maletas ) El departamento es muy espacioso y muy moderno, muy bien decorado, equipado y limpio La comunicación excelente Para destacar, nos permitieron dejar nuestras cosas antes del check in y nos avisaron que podíamos ingresar antes del horario Muchas gracias !! We had a lovely stay at Marc’s! You could not ask for a better home base to embark on a Tapas crawl on one of Madrid’s iconic foodie streets. As the middle stop on our Spain trip, the washing machine for our clothes was a big bonus. And some lovely views of rooftops out of the kitchen / living area, too! As the upper floor of the building, the sloped ceiling in the bedroom is the only thing to be aware of. Didn’t bother us in the slightest and felt cozy. But just something to be aware of. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Marc was also an excellent host with great, thorough communication.
