Located in Puente de Vallecas, a working-class and residential neighborhood, it is a 4-minute walk from the metro that will take you in 15 minutes to the center of Madrid, to the central Atocha station and to Madrid's main tourist attractions (museums, restaurants, shops, etc.). Tourist bike station and bus station 1 min away.

Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.
