Spacious 2,000 sq ft private 3BR basement suite sleeping up to 8, perfect for families & small groups. Private entrance. Just off I-15, only 30 minutes to Provo and SLC. ENTIRE suite with full kitchen, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and space to relax. Light household sounds upstairs 7 AM–10 PM. No parties or events. One bathroom keeps this spacious retreat a great value. Due to severe family allergies and an Airbnb-approved exception, we CANNOT host animals, including service or support animals.

The Murdock Trail is within yards of the front door, where you can walk, bike, or jog miles in either direction. Highland is centrally located between the Salt Lake and Utah valleys, with easy freeway access to Provo, Salt Lake City and all the Wasatch Front.

It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of American Fork Canyon, Mount Timpanogos, Thanksgiving Point, Cabelas, and easy freeway access. UVU is 15 minutes away, BYU campus is 30 minutes, and Sundance Ski Resort is 23 miles away. The suite is not wheelchair accessible because of rock steps to the entrance. See photos.
