Perfect place to disconnect and spend a vacation in nature. Everything is new, very well maintained and with an incredible variety of plants. The pool and jacuzzi are a great extra and the possibility of ordering bread and pastries and having it early in the morning is great. Nearby places to shop and Dinan is a must-see. It is clear that the hosts like their work and their family project ☺️

We had a fantastic week staying at Karine and Emmanuel’s home. The house is lovely, clean and very comfortable with great outside space, pool and jacuzzi. It was a nice 30 minute walk into town to some great restaurants- their creperie being one of the best. Karine was excellent with communications, really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at their house.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

Very, very welcoming hosts, beautiful decoration. The house is very well equipped, the pool is heated and covered, it's a real plus! Table tennis is great for fun! Clean house, all the necessary equipment is there. We had a very pleasant contact with the owners, we thank you and can't wait to come back!!!

This beautiful house perfectly reflects the photos online, well decorated, bright, spacious, it is functional, comfortable and extremely clean, even the outdoor areas, the garden is well landscaped, all in a quiet location. We loved the space, the location, and the environs of the place. Magali was especially communicative, and even left us a few treats to enjoy. A cosy and comfortable stay. His attention to detail was exceptional.

Very nice and quiet accommodation, from which it is possible to explore the entire surrounding area. It is also very comfortable in the secluded cottage.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our second stay at Catherine's perfect little place! Everything you need in a beautiful location, short drive to beaches, shops, interesting towns & villages. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed, great shower. Catherine is such a charming, friendly host. Highly recommended!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

Very nice and spacious house. Everything you need Several types of coffee maker , spacious shower, functional and modern kitchen. The small private living room was much appreciated by the teenager. Large bedroom with bathroom access is ideal for a couple with a young child.

The house is ideal both for getting to know the area of Dinan and its surroundings and for enjoying a very quiet rural atmosphere. The equipment is modern and very complete. It also has outdoor spaces for eating, resting or barbecuing. You can park inside the property without problems. Christian, the owner, is friendly, courteous and a good conversationalist. Highly recommended.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!
