Beautiful double-level houseboat, in the middle of the unique recreation area "Westeinder Lakes" in Aalsmeer. An area with many Marinas, catering facilities on and around the water, and within walking distance of the town´s center. The houseboat has a view of the lake and has all the comforts. On the balcony you can enjoy BBQing or sipping a glass enjoying the last sun of the day. Hop on one of the SUP´s or on the Zodiac for an afternoon and enjoy the lake! Amsterdam & Schiphol close by.

2 Floor Apartment with Large kitchen Nieuw-Vennep

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. This spacious guesthouse on the 2nd floor of a beautiful classic 1930s house is located in the greenest municipality in the Netherlands. The center of Leiden and the station are close by on foot, by bike or by public transport. You can be in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Utrecht within 50 minutes. Many Dutch sights are easy to reach. If you want to take a short walk in the area, there are several parks within walking distance, with the highlight being Oud-Poelgeest Castle.

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters (total area). French doors to the enclosed south-facing garden 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen (kitchenette) Available: Fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Air fryer. 2-burner induction cooker. Nespresso coffee machine. Nice beds and pleasant (rain) shower Sink with storage drawers. PLEASE NOTE! The upper floor/sleeping area has no stair gate and we recommend not letting small children stay here.

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Walk out the door, within 5 minutes on the beach! In the middle of the old village center of the cozy seaside resort, close to the shopping street and boulevard with nice restaurants. But also a great kitchen to cook for yourself. Upstairs, a bright spacious bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. You can sit in our private courtyard. Includes 2 bicycles. Free parking 300 meters walk.

Wassenaar

A cozy apartment adjacent to a villa in Wassenaar south. In the woods around Kasteel de Wittenburg, it is wonderful to walk with the dog. They can run around freely there. Close to the city and the (dog) beach. Museum Voorlinden is 5 minutes by bike from here, and for golfers, the Royal Hague Golf and Country Club is around the corner. In the month of July, we only rent for 5 nights or more.
