Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

Naas Back Garden Escape

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place located 2.5 km from the centre of Naas town and 2km to the train station where trains frequently run to Dublin city centre (15-30 minutes depending on the service used) Convenient to the N7 with the Red Cow Roundabout 15 minutes drive away and Dublin Airport approximately 40 minutes. Enjoy a trip to the prestige Kildare village which is also approximately a 20 min drive from the property. Property is cleaned every 3 days for longer stays.

The kayaking centre just 2 mins walk away offers organised sea kayaking trips where you can explore coastline and meet the famous Dalkey seals. Avondale Forestry park is only 10 mins walk with its fantastic trails, stunning scenery, tree top walk and viewing tower. A 15 min drive will take you to many Wicklow attractions such as Glendalough, The National park, Glenmalure valley & waterfall, Kilmacurragh Botanic gardens, Greenane Maze, Avoca Mill & cafe and Wicklow Town Hidden Valley aqua park and Clara Lara fun park are within 5 mins drive.

Delicious food can be found all with in 15 mins, The Hollywood Inn, The Ballymore Inn and The Poulaphouca House and Falls. Hollywood has a gorgeous cafe and flower shop offering beautiful gifts.
