great time, beautiful area, responsive and attentive host. pool and hot tub were ready to go and wonderful.

Never spoke with Anthony directly but both property managers Kristen and her husband were very responsive and accommodating. As an owner myself of many properties they do a great job with making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

I highly recommend staying here. It is as exactly described as shown in pictures. Very clean,spacious and comes with all your basic household needs. Checking in and out was very easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. Instructions and house rules are very simple and easy to follow. The host was very kind and easy to reach. 10/10 recommend over a hotel and great for families of all ages.

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

This was our second stay at Pam’s place, everything was great! Love the outdoor space and the pool is always a hit and the reason we came back! We grilled out, had a fire and enjoyed some much needed family time! Thanks again for all the little touches your home has to offer!

Our family of four had such a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood is quaint & quiet, and you feel extremely safe. We walked into town several times — it was so nice to not have to drive each time! The house was amazing along with the most peaceful yard and front porch. I’m going to miss drinking my morning coffee on the porch swing :) thanks for a great stay!

This cottage made us feel right at home. We had it to ourselves on our schedule. We enjoyed the game selection & the kitchen was very convenient. Every need we had seemed to have the available items in stock. Thank you for an enjoyable & comfortable stay.

We needed a quick break from the business of Austin and landed on flying into Nashville as it is so affordable and a quick direct flight. As sober folks who were looking for peace & quiet, we knew that Nashville wouldn't keep us for long, so in our research, we discovered the sweet little town of Leiper's Fork. The house is cute, sunny, well-appointed, and close to town. The beds were cozy and check-in was easy. The only thing about it that was not awesome was that the house is on a pretty busy road - I was thinking the .5 mile into town would be walkable, but it isn't. However, that is def. not to be seen as a red flag on this house, just something to note if you were thinking about walkability. We kept ourselves busy exploring Leipers & Franklin as well as driving parts of the Natchez Trace Parkway and hiking. Be sure to check out Copper Fox Gallery, Fox & Locke for music (get tickets online in advance), The Loveless Cafe for scratch food and Red Bryd coffee.

Our stay was nice and peaceful. The house is a great location and close to highways to get to any destinations. The house was just as seen in the photos listed. The beds could use an upgrade, but no bed is as comfortable as your own right? We would definitely book again if needed in the future. The host was great!

Fabulous spot in the countryside. Very scenic and beautiful. It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some downtime. It’s great for a quiet stay in the countryside but not far from Leiper’s Fork and Franklin for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

My favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is perfectly put together and incredibly clean. Location is perfect and nestled into the woods like a luxury treehouse. Communication with the host was great as well and was very accommodating. Definitely plan to come back and stay again.

This home is even more beautiful than the photos depict; the hosts have done an amazing job with restoring this property. The house is about 45 minutes from Nashville, and located in a lovely, quiet rural area (the trains run frequently across the road, however we got used to them and we didn't find them disruptive). The kitchen is amazing for preparing meals, and the home is both lovely and welcoming.

Sarah’s place was pure magic. We stayed about a week there and it was incredibly peaceful and serene. I am fellow host, so I can be a bit particular, but I had zero concerns here. The place was immaculate. The wine and cookies waiting for us were such a nice touch. We especially loved the robes and slippers waiting for us in our closets. The beds were so comfortable. The back porch was an absolute dream and we spent a lot of our time out there. We are for sure going to come back! Highly recommend and wish I could give this place 10 stars!!!!

You know how in Harry Potter, the room of requirement provided every need that students could possibly need? Well Fran & Fi’s cottage was that for us. A group of friends met up for a long weekend and every time we asked ourselves “hmm I wonder if this place has an extension cord or dishwasher pods or extra towels” it only took a quick search to find what we needed. So The Room of Requirement quickly became the term of the weekend. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exactly what we needed to spread out and chat and quilt for a few days. It’s located on a quiet street but also only minutes from a grocery store and restaurant/shops. The beds were very comfortable too! We’ll be staying here again and are already looking forward to it.

My husband and I really enjoyed the peaceful weekend we had at Suzi’s place. We enjoyed mornings on the front porch with coffee and got a slept very well in the comfy bed! It was quiet but close to Leiper’s Fork and Franklin when we wanted to go in and eat/shop. Would definitely stay again!

Our family loved our stay at the Bunkhouse! We have stayed at many Air BnBs over the years and everyone in our family said this was the best one yet and raved about it to all our friends we saw over the weekend. Megan and Robert went above and beyond with all the little details and small personal touches to make it an absolutely perfect experience. There were snacks all throughout the house, ice cream in the freezer with a bar of toppings to do an ice cream party, board games galore, and even themed Tennessee books in the kids' bunks. The space was perfectly laid out to maximize guests but also not feel too crowded even when all the bunks were pulled out. We all said we will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in town!

This place was stunning - surrounded by trees, with a lovely backyard firepit and a porch to sit and have morning coffee amongst the trees. There was some traffic noise from a nearby street, but nothing that bothered us at all. Place was very clean, bedding was amazingly comfortable. Ten minute drive to downtown Franklin and Leipert's Fork. We drove 5 minutes to Timberland Park, part of the Natchez trail, and hiked a bit. It was pretty rainy during our stay, but the place is so lovely and cozy, we didn't mind staying in and relaxing part of the time. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property with spacious house! Clean, love the back porch, fire pit, and games! The beds are super comfy and the water pressure is great, which matters to me! Spent the day at the winery and quick drive back to house! Would definitely stay again!

Foreverwater Cottage is a little piece of heaven in Tennessee. If you have chance to stay here, you should. We were in the area for an extended weekend for a wedding and a little bit of downtime with our kids--it was perfect. Peaceful is the best word I can think of to describe the property. The sound of the creek and birds matched with the beautiful scenery around you is well worth the travel to get there. The cottage itself is super cozy, very clean, and really cute. It is very thoughtfully well stocked with anything you might need. The beds are very comfortable and the views from the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. The fire pit outside was an added bonus that we really enjoyed and had everything you needed. Nathan is an incredibly responsive host and gave us excellent local recommendations. His directions to the property were very clear and we had no trouble finding it, even arriving in the dark. We have already discussed returning for another stay!
