Geitsetra

Recharge your batteries in this unique place, Geitsetra, right under Skagsnebb, in the middle of Jotunheimen. Here you have many of the famous 2000 meter peaks in Jotunheimen right outside the door, a great starting point for both hiking and skiing. From Sep/Oct there is no running water so we bring water in cans to the farm until the turn of the month May/June. This was originally a goat farm, but now the barn is empty and on the 2nd floor there is a spacious apartment, but great views. If you have any questions, please let me know🙂.

Torstugu is a cozy little log cabin of 40 sqm. Located in the heart of Lom municipality, Bøverdalen. 17 km from Lom National Park village (center). With a good fireplace you can enjoy the silence and the real cabin feeling. Great starting point for climbing Galdhøpiggen or many spring ski trips in Leirdalen, on Sognefjellet and or in Visdalen. Visit us in the mountains, at almost 1100 meters above sea level, and find tranquility.. Enjoy stunning views, hike (skiing or snowshoeing in winter) and finish with a delicious bath in Tyin. In winter, for the most adventurous, there is also the possibility of ice bathing! Afterwards, you can relax in the sauna (extra cost).
