It is a sustainable house, electricity comes exclusively from solar energy, and water from a hole, not being unlimited but sufficient for everyday life. A simple place in harmony with nature.

This wonderful apartment is located in the estate of Martingil, Chouto, Chamusca, about 30 km from the Montargil dam. It has three bedrooms of about 20 sq. meters, one with a double bed and a private bathroom (terrace/nature view) and two bedrooms with two single beds (pool view). The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 living rooms with sofas, 3 fireplaces (one with a heat recuperator), a dining room and a games table.
