This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Ny og fin sentrumsnær kjellerleilighet, som ligger kun 650 meter unna Leirvik sentrum. Det er 2,5 km til verftet, Aker. Det er flotte turområder i nærheten for deg som liker en spasertur. It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
