Cosy getaway for 2 in Saxmundham

Our place is a short walk to all local amenities, e.g. Tesco's, Waitrose, good restaurant and takeaway options and a lovely wine bar. The room is self contained with a basic kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance. The private patio as well as being a place to unwind and relax, is big enough to hold bikes if you want to explore the area on 2 wheels. We are a 5 minute walk from Saxmundham train station. Close to lots of lovely places to visit, and only 15 minutes to the closest beach.

Originally built as a farmhouse in C 1700, Talltrees was recently fully renovated to an exceptional standard combining the contemporary open plan way of living with a warm homely feeling. This country retreat sits in over an acre of private land with the owners separate accommodation at the opposite end of the site. It is only a ten minute walk from the centre of Framlingham and its selection of eateries and independent shops. We maintain and clean our house to a very high standard.
