Take a break and unwind at the village's former country store. Here you live in a rural environment, on a secluded natural plot with a pergola and a small stream at the back of the house, and a neighboring house and village road on the entrance side. The lower floor is uninhabited, but is used sporadically by the owner. Via your own entrance to a smaller hall and stairs, you reach the upper floor, which is rented out in its entirety. Exit to balcony in one bedroom, from where you have a view of the garden with the river. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and is of a good standard.

Secluded plot of about 1,500 m2. Max. 10-minute walk to the city center. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and cycling trails. Glazed terrace of 32 m2 with Siljan right in front. Living room with fireplace. Three bedrooms, now furnished with double beds in two of the rooms and four single beds in the third. There is also an attic house with 4 beds and a guest house with an additional 2-3 beds, which can also be rented. Families with children: There are some sliding doors on the patio that CANNOT be locked.

Here you can both enjoy fantastic views on the lakeside balcony and activate yourself in the fully equipped gym that is also available at this Dalarna farm. From Lundgården, you can reach many of Dalarna's top tourist destinations within an hour, such as Carl Larsson-gården, Zorngården, Tomteland, Leksand sommarland and Dalhalla. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that sounds from the nearby gym may be heard in one of the bedrooms. Free gym for you as a tenant. A warm welcome to Västanvik, about 5 km outside Leksand. The house is newly built in 2023. With a 5 minute walk down to lake Siljan where there are lovely beaches and swimming. And in winter time you can ski and ski on the Silja. Bicycle/pedestrian access to Leksand. Hiking trails, downhill skiing in Granberget, excursion destinations and sights such as nature in Siljansnäs, gym/bathhouse and padel hall can be found in central Leksand 10 min by car. Lugnets arena ligger endast 4 km bort. Upplev Skid-VM 2027 hos oss! Under denna evenemangsperiod erbjuder vi bokningar med en minsta vistelse på fem nätter. Huset är placerat på den lugnare sidan av stadion, vilket gör att du undviker det värsta trafiken vid tävlingarna. På gården finns hästar och katter.

Very beautiful surroundings to take long walks in and hike to nearby mountain cabins.

Family-friendly house

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Huset har fyra sovrum samt en källare med ytterligare möjligheter till sovplatser (sommartid). Nära till lekplatser, Siljan och centrum. På gården bor även våra två kaniner Oboy och Epa-Jocke som väldigt gärna tas om hand under er vistelse. Huset hyrs inte ut till yngre vuxna/tonåringar. Fester är ej tillåtet. Gäster städar innan utcheckning! Handdukar/sängkläder ingår ej
