Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

The mirror suite has a mirror function in two walls. You can see out, but no one can see in. Not even the wild animals, birds, foxes or moose that wander by. You live centrally, not far from the store and people, but still completely for yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a house nearby. Myrabakken

At Myrabakken you will find beautiful views over Trondheimsfjorden. Here you can enjoy the weather and wind that with its colors changes the landscape. A perfect place for peace and quiet. There is a rich wildlife with both moose and deer around the farm. New cladding has been added and new windows have been installed on the south side of the house and this will also be done on the north side during 2026.
