This home was recently remodeled and while it's over 100 years old, it was taken down to its studs and is now basically a brand new house. It's clean, modern, efficient, and so very comfortable. It boasts a gorgeous brand new kitchen with gas for cooking, dishwasher, brand new oven and refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious and brand new with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Smart Tv's and wifi and a cozy gas fireplace all for your enjoyment. The screened-in porch is the best place to be!

Centrally located in Leelanau County for wine excursions, dining and shopping. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is only a 40 min. drive. We are ten minutes from Traverse City, 18 from Northport and 14 minutes from Leland’s historic Fish Town. It’s truly a great UP North experience. (Possible road noise)
