The villa is located at a very tranquil location with peaceful surroundings and very friendly locals who smile and greet you on your neighborhood walks. On a crisp morning, a walk to Lelant railway station and Anne's Woods is refreshing. About the cottage, it is spacious, full of air and light and very well equipped . Eclectic collection of books in a cozy reception is all you need to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had a lovely tray of welcome goodies that we enjoyed along with provisions for hot beverages. The beds and linens were fresh and there was ample storage in each room to organise your things. Overall, a very comfortable and satisfying experience.

Great place, lovely to be able to park right out the front and have grounds on site for the dog. Place was done to a really high quality, beds were super comfy and bathrooms were a really high spec. Kitchen contained everything you needed to cook in. Really short walk to the Badger Inn local pub and only a little further on to the station for train into St Ives.

Deb’s place was perfect for our weekend away in Cornwall! The interior blew us away, it was very modern, decorated tastefully and extremely clean. There was even homemade cookies for us! Location was great if you wanted to be close to St Ives but a bit more peace and quiet. Very easy access to the train station and cheap tickets to get to St Ives - much easier than driving! Debs also gave us an amazing list of recommendations, don’t know what we would’ve done without them. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us xx

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Felt at home and is located close to other stores and restaurants.
