Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. The cozy cabin is 10 minutes from downtown Truckee and in close proximity to Donner Lake, Northstar, Palisades & Sugar Bowl.

Now with air conditioning! Renovated A-frame cabin, nestled in a fantastic and private neighborhood. Perfectly situated between Northstar, Squaw, Tahoe City and Kings Beach. There is a massive adjoining lot to enjoy, as well as hundreds of miles of biking, hiking and fishing trails within a few blocks. Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.
