Stunning views over Clermont Ferrand. Parking. Equipped kitchen - 1 bed 160 x 200cm. - 2 beds on mezzanine in 90 x 190 cm, for children. TV, Hifi, games. The bathroom is equipped with a shower but no bath. Independent entrance. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask.
