Maison indépendante avec cour fermée, terrasse de 38 m² et jardin abrité de 40 m² avec salon de jardin, chaises longues et douche solaire. Au RDC (clim), cuisine ouverte sur séjour et terrasse, salon et WC. Au 1er étage, 2 chambres avec grand dressing et ventilateurs ainsi qu’une SDB (douche italienne et baignoire 150) + WC.
