The old farmhouse was modernized in the summer of 2025 with, among other things, new appliances in the kitchen, new beds and duvets as well as an updated bathroom, new flooring in the living room and a wood-burning stove. The house includes a spacious garden room as well as a large garden with a lovely west-facing terrace. The house is located within cycling distance to both the beach, forest and several historical attractions.

There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

The apartment is located in Lemvig. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a nice kitchen with a dining area and a nice little garden that can also be used. It is very centrally located and in a few minutes you are down by the harbor and the pedestrian street. The apartment has an attached carport, but it is also possible to park on the street. Diagonally opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, paddle and swimming pool as well as beautiful beaches.
