It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. La casa si compone di due camere da letto matrimoniali, una camera con due letti a castello, una sala, un salotto/studio, due bagni, cucina, una lavanderia e una piccola cantina. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dalla Stazione e per chi arriva in macchina e ha necessità di parcheggiare è a non più di 100 metri dal parcheggio sotterraneo di via Kennedy.

Alternatively, you can walk to the Kennedy covered parking lot in 10 minutes. The house is located within the historic center but outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)
