It crosses a river where the gentle sound of flowing water will delight you on summer evenings. Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.

It's a 300 years old barn in a small hamlet in the north-west corner of Aveyron. The hamlet is located at the convenient distance of many Occitanie historical and tourists sites. You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. The barn has European and UK TV, Roku and Amazon Fire stick, fast broadband Wi-Fi. Small library, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge are also available in the barn.
