On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Der helle Wohnraum wurde mit natürlichen Materialien gestaltet und große Fenster schaffen eine harmonische Verbindung zur umgebenden Natur, sodass Ihr Euch sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.

Unsere erste Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der vorderen Hälfte des ehemaligen Kuhstalls. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine charmante Kücheninsel, der Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie das Badezimmer. Das Doppelbett im oberen Schlafbereich wird durch ein Einzelbett ergänzt, zusätzlich gibt es noch ein bequemes Schlafsofa für zwei (insgesamt 5 Schlafplätze). Unser zweiten Inserat, das Eulennest, befindet sich gleich daneben und kann dazu gebucht werden. Dann ist Platz bis zu 8 Personen.

Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.

Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.
