Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Relax, enjoy, be active and be amazed! Concept holiday home with garden and seating on sunny slope in relaxed environment with breathtaking view. The simplicity of the architecture invites to coziness, the imposing view from the huge window in the woods and mountain worlds conjures up relaxation. Trin is idyllic and quiet, yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/biking and climbing area at mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is 15 minutes away.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Cross country ski season has started!

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Apartment Frauenschuh in the Lenzerheide region

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Das Skigebiet Flims-Laax-Falera gehört zu den Top-Skigebieten der Schweiz. Erschlossen bis auf über 3000 Höhenmeter ist es absolut schneesicher und bietet viel Abwechslung für Skifahrer und Snowboarder. Die romantische und grosszügige Wohnung eignet sich für Paare aber auch für kleine Familien. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist die Haltestelle des Shuttle-Buses, welcher euch ins Ski- und Wandergebiet befördert.

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.

It's located only a short walk or shuttle ride from the Laax ski station and has all the amenities you need: Store your equipment conveniently in the ski room, relax at the pool or in the sauna after a day on the slopes, and enjoy the wonderful views from the balcony.
