Great place for long term stays

The Studio on this property was perfect for me. The studio was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I will definitely go back when the need arises. The owner was very responsive as well. The property has a lovely setting. Made for a very relaxed stay.

I stayed here for a week and this was the perfect place for me! Very peaceful, quiet and even rural while being very close to everything Malibu and LA has to offer. Rebecca is an amazing host and was very communicative & helpful throughout the entire stay but made sure to give me plenty of privacy. The 2 goats were easily the highlight of the stay! So fun to hang around & pet, the one greeted me at the gate immediately when i arrived! Place had a comfy bed, all the basics to cook dinners (even a hot plate), wifi, and full bathroom. Just be fully aware of the limitations mentioned in the listing with the sink and septic system, I was totally fine but can imagine other not being if they missed it in the listing. The power did go out one night which was obviously not the hosts fault and is rare, but I had 0 cell service at the property so was reliant on wifi to communicate. The trail at the end of the road is a must! Best sunset view ive ever seen and was totally alone both times i went!
