Steve’s place was just as it was pictured in his listing and clean. He was very communicative and friendly. We ran into a slight scheduling snafu at the end of our trip and he was flexible to work with us on our check-out time. Quiet neighborhood. About 10 minutes from FSU campus.

The cottage is comfortable and well appointed, so that it does a lot in a small space. I enjoyed my stay very much. Jim is a gracious and responsive host.

Kay is an incredible host. The unit is the perfect amount of privacy and space. Loved having a yard and chirping birds. A quick drive to pretty much anywhere in town, especially the University and Downtown.

Very clean and spacious!

Super Clean! This was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Responsive and polite hosts! This comfortable, spacious home had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The shower in the primary BR was excellent with great pressure. The covered porch was nice for coffee while our pups were having fun playing in the backyard. It's located in a well kept and safe family neighborhood. Many people were out walking. It didn't take long at all to get to all the great restaurants and shopping. We found nothing negative to review, in fact, we had another couple (also Abnb'ers) come down and spend the night with us, and they were so impressed with the place, they plan to book this great house for their family too. My family and i absolutely enjoyed this home. Nice quiet neighborhood with good eats nearby. When booking an Airbnb i expect for all homes to be as clean and spotless as this 1. Jeremane made our vacation very easy and enjoyable. He responds quickly and was always ready to assist. The kids had a blast in the pool and did not want to leave that was a plus. This home is so spacious and come with so many rooms and beds, i will definitely rent this home out again so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks again Jeremane!

Thank you for letting us use your place. It was convenient to downtown. We had so much going on that weekend and it was so convenient and we have absolutely loved it. Our host was so responsive and accommodating. She gave us information before we asked for it. I would definitely recommend or stay with her again.

This is where I stay when I’m in Tallahassee, everything is nearby and I feel safe walking to the store with my daughter (literally 150 feet away) and it’s still quiet, private and safe.

Just big enough for two adult roommates. I visit every summer at FSU to do research, and this year I needed a place for myself and my research assistant student; this place was just the right size for us. You have the whole bungalow and a small yard tucking it away from the road with a nice white picket fence, so no issues with neighbors -- we even got visits from the friendly neighborhood cat. Nice, quiet, peaceful area, and great location: very close to FSU and many restaurants and grocery stores.

This property exceeded my expectations! Kenley was quick with responding from the beginning. Instructions were clear and very helpful! The location was perfect! The house is beautifully decorated and provides so much space! I would definitely choose this property again!

This cottage was spotless, simple and easy. Even better, it was one of those rare Airbnb places that feels like a home not a hotel suite. It had some fun artwork, a good selection of books, and everything worked as advertised. Also, it is in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood. Adam was flexible about letting me in early and extremely quick and helpful in his responses to my initial questions (there always seem to be a few). I would highly recommend this home to others.

Joanna is an excellent host! My daughters and I had to come to Tallahassee for a family emergency. Joanna went out of her way to make sure that everything was good and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 mile radius. I gave the location 4 stars just because there is a lot of construction going on around there. However, it was peaceful and quiet at night and we did not have any trouble with noise.

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Brad’s place was super cute, looks just like pics. It’s a newer listing for him and there were a couple of issues but he immediately responded and handled appropriately. I would say it is a great place for a short stay, especially if you’re coming in for any FSU activities because it’s super close and easy to walk to. Brad is a great host, very friendly, always quick to respond, and flexible with check in and out to meet our needs. I would definitely rent from him again.

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed - close to the venue we were visiting and roomy enough for our family group. Carlos not only had everything we needed, but also provided special treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Kelly was great! She was very proactive, and her place was perfectly located! Easy to get to and steps from the stadium! We were visiting for my daughter's orientation to FSU, so we did not spend much time at the place, but the beds were so comfy, the parking lot was well-lit and the snacks were much appreciated! I have stayed at this location twice and both times were a amazing. I've also stayed at another one of Susan's place. She is so wonderful and her units are SO clean and comfortable. The beds are great and she make the homes so inviting. She is a dream to communicate with - so responsive and so sweet. She is the perfect host and her rentals are the perfect place to stay!! Thank you Susan for being you and giving us a great experience while in Tally!
