Family-friendly holiday rentals in Leptokarya

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

We were really impressed by the property. It is more like a residence which has everything that you will need for a nice stay. It is way better live than the photos and i can say it was the best villa visited in my life and i was in plenty. The host was very friendly and communicative.

Hallo,wir waren eine Woche mit 14 Handballdamen in Georges Villa .Es war eine tolle Zeit ,das Wetter passte und wir konnten immer unter der schönen Pergola frühstücken.Beim Duschen mussten wir uns gut organisieren bei den 3 Möglichkeiten.Der Pool und die Aussenanlage waren top.George ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber,er reagierte immer sehr schnell auf unsere Wünsche. We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

We liked the stay! The hosts were very flexible with our arriving and check out times. The rooms were good, the kitchens great, bathrooms fine. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the BBQ. To manange future expectations: beds are a little hard, hot water was medium, and there were some bees at the pool. Apart from that. Amazing place, book it!

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Amazing stay! Felt right at home. There is EVERYTHING and more you could need for short (or long) stay. The views are breathtaking, the area in general has a lot to offer-from mountains to the beaches to the cultural sites and buzzing towns. Theodoros was very nice and had solid recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The pool obviously was a blessing on hot days. We highly recommend this place and would come back anytime.

Konstantinos hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus und der Olivengarten sind wunderschön, eine perfekte Ruhe-Oase! Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und waren sehr traurig als wir abreisen mussten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

The cottage is absolutely adorable. it's in the very end of a dusty road surrounded by stunning views including the sea at the horizon. The house inside has everything needed, with great attention to detail including mosquito repellent. The garder is just lovely. There's thick shadow on one side with a hammock below the wisteria trees. There's a grill in the garden, lovely patio for coffee and dinner. Something quite important for us is the thick well maintained fence that gave us absolute peace of mind leaving the dog outside to play. We would be coming back for sure.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einer beeindruckenden Lage. Auf der einen Seite das Meer und auf der anderen die Berge. Das Haus hat eine angenehmen Größe und man kann zu zweit gut darin wohnen. Sehr sauber und mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

the place is very nice, spacious and relaxing. it has everything you need. The garden is also really nice. Stay here if you want a peacefull vacation. Nikos is very helpful and has a lot of recommendations

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Eleni's house - the garden is beautiful and spacious. The little apartment is clean and big enough to have a comfortable stay. The beach is a 10min walk from Eleni's house. All in all, a great stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung – alles war sauber und genauso, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Der Ort ist perfekt zum Entspannen, ruhig und fernab vom Trubel – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Griechenland, aber sicher nicht der letzte. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Auto ist allerdings sehr empfehlenswert, da Supermärkte wie Lidl ca. 20 km entfernt liegen. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit hier gehabt, alles war perfekt, sehr sauber, toller Pool, viele Sitzgelegenheiten und ein sehr schöner gepflegter Garten. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, erhielten zusätzlich tolle Tipps für Tavernen, Strand Bars, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Yannis hat stets schnell geantwortet, wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie, wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für alles

Such a nice place. Clean, nice bedrooms, privet bathrooms, easygoing people. The place can host 12 visitors- we were 7- but there was place for 12. It’s the perfect place for a group of travellers with various destinations for daily trips.

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος και καθαρός, μείναμε 3 βράδια μια παρέα 10 ατόμων και περάσαμε υπέροχα,μοναδική θέα νιώθεις οτι είσαι σε νησί!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!
