We had a pleasant stay, the house corresponds to the photos posted, we only had problems with the location, the one listed in the post is incorrect. If your destination is downtown Toluca you will stay away from the house. The rest without any problem the house has everything you need to have a good time, safety and privacy. Communication with the host is practical.

I had an amazing stay in Sonia's apartment. From the flexibility I offer to the incredible part of the apartment and the place where it is located The apartment itself is very nice, bright and comfortable. The only contact I had was for the check-in, which was flexible, then I had no issues or reason to contact Sonia. The location is also incredible, very comfortable and safe. It has places to go out to eat or buy to cook and it is very close to the park

The description and photographs of the house fall short, much higher expectations. Since you enter you can realize that it is a cozy place, very well adapted with everything you need to have a good time, the pool and the air-conditioned jacuzzi is a plus, excellent place to rest and spend time with family. Great hosts, flexible and will take care to make you feel at home. Super recommended 👌

Thanks to Mary and Martin for all their attention. The place was impeccable, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The unbeatable location a few steps from the main roads to get anywhere in town without complications. What I liked most is the tranquility and privacy offered by the place, I felt safe and at home.

The good news: -Spacious spaces and full amenities. -The cabin is in very good condition. -The green areas are amazing. - The service staff is very attentive. - The kitchen is very well equipped Bad: -The heaters can be inefficient for the amount of cold, - Staircase to Master Room can be difficult to access/slippery, -In heating in living/dining room, in cold weather it lowers the temperature a lot and becomes uncomfortable, -The host creates installments that are expected to be paid outside of AirBnB. In my case, it damages a piece which is charged to me through the platform. However they wanted to charge “Cleaning Services” outside even when the post specifies “With property rent, we included cooking and cleaning service,,,,”

Excellent place if you are going on vacation or in my case due to work issues, very quiet area, being a private environment is without so much noise, literal plaza oulet is crossing the avenue, there are several places to go for breakfast/lunch/dinner. very accessible center of Lerma. The house complies with what is observed in the publication, I would definitely come back to stay with them on future occasions.

Easy to get to, the hosts always respond right away, the space is super comfortable and pleasant. The apartment is totally safe. Everything is excellent.
