Could be the perfect airbnb in Leros! Amazing location right on the beachfront, and the upstairs veranda made it even better. Maria was such a good host - the apartment was full of food and drink for our stay, she was so helpful to meet us at the ferry, and helped us throughout our stay. Apartment was large, spacious and ideal for a small family. I cannot think of anything that would have made the trip better for us, cannot recommend enough!

Clean and modern apartment in centre of town with full kitchen with modern appliances. Lovely friendly staff. Close to many restaurants and bars but quiet all the same. great base for exploring Island of Kos. Nice beaches within a short stroll.

Vicky’s house is just behind the port and close to the many god restaurants. Lipsi is a walkable island and there are also a bus and two taxis around the corner to take you to the beaches which are a little bit more far away from the town. Antonis is always quickly responsive and provides accurate information about the things to see and do in the area. He also allowed us a flexible check in and out, thanks!

Maria’s place was incredibly nice! It has seafront access, away from the scooter noises, easy parking, quiet, clean, walkable to restaurants and shops. It is also walkable a filter water station, so that was very convenient. We booked Pelagos for a climbing trip, and the accommodation was perfect! Maria and George are very kind people. My partner got injured from rockfall and they rushed to the hospital to help us get home and to a pharmacy. They showed up for us when they didn’t have to.

Amazing place would recommend to anyone going to Leros loved being near the sea the airbnb was spotless. Hope will go there soon

My husband and I had a great time in Lakki, an apartment with everything, a quiet village with a nearby sea, shops and tavernas within walking distance of the house. The host is very kind, we recommend and think about going back.

This is an excellent Airbnb and I’d highly recommend it. Nikitas is a fantastic host and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, it’s bigger and everything is super modern and well designed. It’s also in probably the best spot on the island, with the incredible view of Telemnos, and some of the best restaurants and bars on the island right next door (including Micki’s cocktail bar, which Nikitas runs with his uncle; and Aegean Tavern, Panos restaurant, and the goat of all gyros places- On The Road). A couple of extra creature comforts not mentioned in the listing: 1. Nikitas has a filtered water tap installed, so no need to buy bottled water 2. Nikitas has a special system on site so you are able to put toilet paper in the toilet (something you’ll almost never find in the Greek islands) 3. The terrace has a remote controlled fully retractable roof, so handy for shade. Overall, excellent!

Ioannis' place is situated right on the beach, we were in the downstairs apartment, fantastic outside space and the inside doesn't disappoint either, lovely airy space, great lounge, dining and kitchen space with two good bedrooms and a bathroom Great communication from Ioannis, we met his parents who showed us the property, explained everything about the place and made themselves available for any issues We really appreciated the welcome gifts and thoughtful touches Could not more highly recommend Ioannis' place and Emporios in general - it's just magical!

Kalliopi was very obliging, preferring to communicate with Whats App which translated into English with no misunderstanding. As we stayed for 19 nights Kalliopi reached out frequently to us, which we appreciated. The views over Panteli Beach were breathtaking both during the day and even better at night. The lighting effects of the castle at night were magical. The many yachts that overnighted in the bay in front of beach were a sight to behold at any time. The crystal clear waters and the stoney beach was great. Coming from Australia we are not accustomed to stoney beaches on the Greek Islands. The unit has just been fitted out and was not lacking for anything. Kalliopi had given us a few presents in appreciation of our staying there. The ouzo did not go astray that Kalliopi had put in the fully self contained unit. The private balcony with its sun lounges and shade awning are brilliant to pass the time of day. We had the best stay! The apartment was incredible.. we went all around the island and we both agreed this location was the best! Maria was a fantastic host and offered up local recommendations and was extremely helpful.

I had the best time at Maria's Appartement. Everything was exactly like described. The balcony is huge and you have a perfect seat for watching the sunset. The flat was equipped with everything you can dream of - coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, toaster and so on... The location is perfect because it's directly at the corner turning into the one-way Main Street of Masouri; so you can park directly there without having to drive into the street. Maria was super friendly and available at all times. I would definitely will come here again :)

Everything was very good, the attentive lodger and the location remarkable. Only access via the stairs can be a problem due to the absence of a ramp. As for the apartment, it is well sized, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Only the bathroom is too small, to the point that to close the door you have to overflow on the shower. In conclusion, we had a real pleasure in Emborion and in this accommodation at the foot of the waves.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s, but Maria was undoubtedly one of the best, most proactive and helpful hosts I’ve ever met. We stayed during low season so most things in Masouri were closed, but the apartment was right in the heart of what remained open. Couldn’t have been a better location. The apartment itself was just as described - and had an amazing terrace, although given the weather we appreciated the fire more!!

Maria's place was clean and well situated for crags (i.e afternoon wall, spartan wall, grande gotta etc. Close enough to walk to Stala's and water. Kitchen was well equipped given that it was only a studio. Great spot for a couple. Balcony would be fun in the summer.

This Airbnb is a 10/10 and arguably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. First of all would like to thank Aggeliki for being the best host we could ever ask for. She waited until 3am in the morning due to a flight delay for us and bought us milk, bread and cheese for the morning. She went above and beyond our expectations including sourcing a baby cot! She really made us feel at home. She included beach towels, blankets and even toothbrushes as part of her many amenities at the place. The pool area and the view is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. The price to stay here is worth it just for this view and pool. We never wanted to leave and often would spend the whole day here with hours just passing by. The room itself is wonderful - nice kitchen to make meals, big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. I’m usually quite critical but I couldn’t fault this place one bit. The other reviews are 100% accurate. We will be back!

Very friendly hosts! Everything went smooth evnthough we thought we booked an apartment on Kos which wasn‘t the case the island is Kalymnos not Kos (our mistake), Maria always replies very fast and is such a nice person and always helps out. The apartment was like in the pictures, clean and you even have ocean view whilest showering. The rooftop terrace with the whirlpools and sunbeds is great and very cozy to hang out in the sun. We only missed an umbrella for some shade and a cool down option as it was very warm during the day in the sun and the whirlpools are not refreshing for a cool down as the temperature is around 37 degrees. In the later afternoon/evening the hot whirlpools are very nice to have. We enjoyed our stay and in the end we were happy to have stayed in Kalymnos and not Kos. Would love to come back again.

Everything was impeccable!the house was just like the photos with a lovely terrace!!! Comfortable beds! all spotlessly clean! also had in the kitchen cabinets and in the fridge everything one needs for breakfast and not only....every kind of coffee and electrical appliances, washing machine, cleaners, shampoo, shower gel and many more! we had the communication we wanted and the service from the owners!!!! thank you!!!!

What an amazing apartment! Super clean, very comfortable and prime location! Bakery, coffee shops, banks and souvenir stores all around. The boat tour pick up spots are less than 1 minute walk! Short climb to get to Chora. All in all this apartment is a gem!

We had a very nice stay in Stavros' home. Full of greek character and charm and plenty of useful kitchen items and toiletries included. Lovely 360 views across the city of Kos and beyond. Stavros was always on hand if needed and even kindly drove us to the bus stop to get our airport bus. Flat was located within short walking distance to harbour and bars and restaurants. A nice stay for two people - we enjoyed our time in Kos.
