We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Christophe guided us well for our arrival and very well hosted. She's a very nice person. Shops are close to the property, the beach is a stone's throw away . We had a great time. We will recommend it to family and friends.

Our stay was great, very clean apartment, well-equipped and perfectly located. Nathalie was very responsive in answering our questions. The only small black spot is the awakening by the workers working on the front facade, a problem that is only temporary.

Hello, my family and I had a great time in Les Sables d'Olonne. Partly also to Julien's accommodation and his responsiveness. Very pleasant, welcoming, clean, very quiet street. 20 minutes' walk. Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it is ideal. Close to the city center. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. A parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the sector is in the blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to barbecue and spend friendly moments.

Quiet and very close to a beautiful beach. Comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped, even if you’re planning a dinner party. Linen provided was very clean and good quality. Quite a long walk to the town centre, but it is a pleasant walk.

Great stay! The house is perfect, very well arranged, very bright, very functional with all the electric roller shutters (and even the velux of the bathroom!), the kitchen very well equipped, nice dishes, etc. The living room is very large, for 6 adults + 3 babies we really had space! The rooms are equipped with large closets, the beds are comfortable. We were able to fit our 3 baby beds (including 1 provided) and 2 high chairs without any problems. The jacuzzi of course is a plus, very nice! The enclosed garden is very convenient (we also had 2 dogs). Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. We only spent 2 nights in this wonderful house but we will return as a family with great pleasure and for longer if we have the opportunity. We recommend this house, whether for a few nights or for long stays to enjoy it even more!!!!

The accommodation offered by Jean Louis is great, equipped, clean and functional, nothing is missing. The owner is warm and attentive. If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

A beautiful apartment with a very nice surface, allowing 7 people to stay without stepping on each other. With 3 bathrooms, and a breathtaking terrace, the apartment is perfect for a vacation stay and is clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Top location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

Google Maps did not clearly indicate the location of the listing but the caretaker easily guided us to the right place. We were there in May so we had no worries about parking, but I think it can be more complicated in summer. The place is great and the ocean view is amazing, the beach can be reached in two minutes and it's a real pleasure to be able to get there so quickly. There is also a nice little bar on the beach. There is a supermarket within walking distance and otherwise by car we are less than a quarter of an hour from all kinds of shops. The stay was great, I would definitely recommend!

Accommodation as described, very comfortable, beautiful terrace with magnificent views. Very comfortable bedding. Rest assured if that is the goal. We also enjoyed the long walks by the waterfront, the calm and at the same time not far from the amenities. Hélène is very nice, friendly and sets to 4 to satisfy us and David is very responsive. We'll be happy to come back to this beautiful apartment in this beautiful environment. Thank you both. Finally, if you could just add some seafood utensils, that would be a plus...
