Nous vous proposons ce joli studio de 18 m2 en montagne ⛰️ , que nous avons acheté et rénové entièrement par nos soins. Il se trouve dans la station des 7 Laux à Prapoutel. Il est au pieds des pistes vtt et de randonnée.🥾 Activité été : centre aquatique 💦juste en face, accrobranche, tir à l’arc… À 10 min à pieds des commerces. Il peut accueillir 2 adultes et 2 enfants ou 3 adultes, il y a un clic clac 2 personnes (matelas bultex) et un lit mezzanine de 120 cm (matelas à mémoire de forme).

My luxury studio, conveniently located in the center of Les 7 Laux

Nice studio for 4 people, Ideally 2 adults and 2 children, completely renovated in 2023, at the foot of the slopes and perfectly located in the Edelweiss 2 building, in the center of the 7 Laux Prapoutel resort in front of the ski school for the winter and at the start of many hikes for the summer. The studio is 25 minutes from Crolles ST for business travelers. Convenient with its ski locker and plenty of storage. Free parking nearby.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!
