Come and relax in Jean's cozy, quiet, elegant home, located in the heart of the Combrailles. A treat for everyone wishing to visit our beautiful region (mountain biking, hiking, fishing, water activities, etc.). You will find shops 50 meters away, a grocery store, tobacco bar, bakery, butcher shop, and the start of hiking trails in front of the accommodation. This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Une charmante tiny house de 19 m2 avec une terrasse privative de 40 m2 donnant vue sur le château de Châteaugay ainsi que sur la plaine de la Limagne. L'accès à la mezzanine (chambre) se fait par une échelle. Vous serez à 15 min du centre ville de Clermont Ferrand et vous pourrez aussi visiter les alentours. Profitez de la nature et des nombreuses balades. Allez visiter différents lieux interessants (plateau de Gergovie, Puy-de-dôme) La tiny a le chauffage et la climatisation.

B&B Bohemian trailer in Auvergne

Breakfast is included. 2 people minimum - 4 people maximum Bucolic night for lovers or family stopover, spend a night in an authentic trailer decorated with care. A childhood dream... Ideally located 5 minutes from Vulcania, 20 minutes from Puy de Dôme and 30 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. The trailer is located on my property. It has two 140 x 190 beds. The bathroom is private (shower - sink - dry toilet). Linens and towels are provided.

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

This sturdy, stylish accommodation is perfect for a nice overnight stay. The gîte is equipped with all necessary amenities. If you want to use breakfast, that is possible, you can book this. Outside you can enjoy the sun terrace, with a view over the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes).
