Fully equipped, everything is within walking distance. A shuttle at the foot of the residence serves the slopes and the lake in summer and winter.

The first slopes are an 8-minute walk away. Our apartment is located within this residence. It has undergone a complete renovation and obtained a 3-star classification in the category of furnished tourist accommodation in October 2025.
