On the estate is another small house, but which is never inhabited when renting L'Arbousier. Included in the rental price is the consumption of 125 kWh per week. Extra consumption will be charged based on the "EDF&Moi" information at the rate of €0.25 per kWh.

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
