Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Close to the center, yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear anything from inside. It stops ringing at midnight. Ideally located in the heart of the Franches-Montagnes, "la ferme de la gaby" is a pretty little renovated farm in the heart of wooded pastures where cows and horses graze. Far from mass tourism, the high Franc-Montagnard plateau offers a return to nature with a horizon as far as the eye can see. Ideally located outside the village of Noirmont, "la ferme de la gaby" has a terrace with barbecue and a large lawn surrounded by a fence, ideal for letting your dog run free.

This place perfectly located in the center of the village offers easy access to all amenities. It is 50 meters from public transport so you can get to the center of Neuchâtel in 20 minutes by bus. A parking spot is also available free of charge. There is a paid washing machine (CHF 2.- for one hour of washing) in the shared laundry room of the building. The farmhouse is secluded in a small hamlet but still close to the cantonal road and not far from the larger towns of Tramelan and St. Imier. Arrival by car is recommended, although there is a bus stop nearby but with a thin timetable.
