Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

THE VILLA OF THE WILD MOMENT Looking for calm, privacy, beautiful nature and the outdoors, we offer this fantastic vacation home classified as "furnished for tourism*** 2023" for 6 people, open all year, with an open and heated swimming pool from May 1 to September 30 (11 m X 5 m) and its private pond, in a closed property of more than one hectare, in a charming and serene setting. So come and recharge your batteries in this magical place.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

The location is ideal if you want to discover the jewels of our beloved Burgundy such as Semur en Auxois, Alesia, Flavigny as well as Vezelay and many more. Two highway exits are 15 km away. Our village of Epoisses is looking forward to hosting you to discover its beautiful heritage.

La grange

Old barn renovated with quality materials including a bedroom for two, a small bedroom with a bed 110 cm wide, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a sofa bed living room with equipped kitchen and a terrace. You access it through a cul-de-sac. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

Located near the center of the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois (4,000 inhabitants, accessible by TGV from Montbard by bus/taxi), this historic house with garden in a quiet area has been renovated for optimal comfort, while keeping its charm. Less than a ten-minute walk away you will find the Promenade des Remparts, its towers, Le Mail, the Armançon River and the cobbled streets with shops and restaurants.
