Nice Savoyard apartment in family resort, various sports activities. The pool and game room are open from December 15, 2023 to March 24, 2024 and from June 14, 2024 to September 8, 2024. Winter: alpine slopes at the foot of the residence as well as cross-country skiing and biathlon, snowshoeing. Summer: mountain bike trails, hiking/trail, via ferrata, horseback riding, tree climbing. Residence with swimming pool and game room to relax after exercise. All shops within walking distance.

Au cœur de la station de La Feclaz, nous vous proposons notre appartement neuf de 47 m² au 2ème étage et dernier étage (avec ascenseur), sa terrasse de 11 m² et son parking couvert (avec prise pour recharge). Il est situé au départ des pistes de ski de fond et de ski alpin avec toutes les commodités à moins de 200 m (ESF, supermarché Sherpa, laverie, boulangerie, tabac, location de ski et VTT …). Pratique et fonctionnel, l’appartement est conçu pour accueillir 4 personnes.

Refurbished apartment

Surround yourself with style in this standout space. Nice refurbished apartment on the 1st floor of a house, 5 minutes' drive to the station. Independent entrance via an external staircase. Parking is available on-site. Sheets, towels and dish towels are provided at no extra cost. For snowshoe and cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the slopes are 200 m from the house. In the absence of snow for downhill skiing, the Margériaz 1800 resort is a 30-minute drive.

This 65 m2 gîte offers a unique perspective on La Chaîne des Belledones and Margériaz. With its partially covered terrace of 30 m2, its 3 bedrooms, it offers unique comfort. Access to the Spa at an additional cost - 30 Eur for 2 for 1 hour - Cleaning: A deposit of 120 Eur by check or cash is required on arrival for cleaning. It is returned at the end of the stay depending on the condition of the gîte. Animals accepted after a courtesy exchange.

Beautiful refurbished and warm 60 m2 apartment in the heart of the resort. Duplex, fully equipped, with a sauna, parking space and ski and bike storage. At the foot of the slopes, close to all amenities, it is ideal for families. We offer a linen rental option and a cleaning fee at the end of your stay if you wish. The apartment does not have WiFi.

Very pleasant stay in the Deserts. The house is welcoming and comfortable, with beautiful views. La Féclaz station is less than a 10-minute drive. Very good communication with Julie who is very attentive. Not to mention our host, the cat Feuille, who loves to be petted while living his life ;)

We had a great stay at Mireille’s apartment, it was very charming and exactly as described. The view from the balcony is lovely and the children very much enjoyed the pool. The apartment had everything we needed and bathrooms on both floors were very convenient. The resort has everything you need, but it was also easy to get to Aix le Bains and Annecy. We would definitely recommend Mireille’s apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you!

Thank you Julien for the welcome, availability and presentation of the various possible activities around Flecaz. We loved this beautiful well-equipped, clean, well exposed accommodation with balcony and well located on the Parc du Massif des Bauges, at the starting foot of several hikes.(Le Sire, la Croix de Nivolet, Le Revart...) The area is beautiful, with many views of the lakes, valleys... Very nice Massif to discover

Very nice cottage, warm, comfortable and well-equipped. Nice place, quiet place. Very clean. Easy to access. Everything was perfect, only one small problem: we arrived on a Sunday and there was no toilet paper. We recommend it!!
