Located in the heart of nature, in the Rove hills, you will have direct access to trails leading ( for the bravest, 30mn walk) in calanques only accessible by sea or on foot. Ideal for cyclists. you will find yourself in a very quiet and unspoiled place, only 15 km from Marseille city center, 30 minutes from Aix en Provence and 10 minutes from the beaches of Carry le Rouet and Sausset.

Independent, secure, not overlooked studio, located in the garden of my house. Backed by the hill, sea view with a small garden. Free and easy parking. To access the studio, there are stairs (access not suitable for people with limited mobility) Peaceful oasis, very quiet, ideal to unwind. Fully equipped. 10 minutes from the sea by car, 20 minutes' walk from the port of Estaque (all shops). Located in the heights of Estaque You can go to the hill directly from the studio.

You will have the exclusive and self-contained use of the hot tub (from April to October), which can be heated up to 40 degrees.

Located between Marseille and Aubagne, you have direct access to all services nearby.
