Le logement L'appartement est sur 2 étages avec 2 chambres en enfilade. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

The village of the municipality of Grandes-Ventes offers many amenities (bakeries, butcher shop, fishmonger, pizzeria, supermarket). It is 200 meters from the house (1000 m2 of lawn and trees on enclosed land). In spring and summer, you will find garden furniture and a barbecue.

You have a kitchen and bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds on request.
