Holiday rentals with a patio in Les Halles, Paris

Emma's place is exactly as shown in the photos: simple, Q quiet, charming, with a lovely outdoor patio. The very beautiful Parc Montsouris is steps away. There are two cafes within a short walk for an easy meal or coffee. The train is around the corner for a 15 minute ride to Notre Dame. We had a very easy and comfortable stay.

We have stayed at Eva’s apartment several times now and recommend it highly. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, charming and our favourite place to stay in Paris. Eva is a lovely, charming host who knows the area so well. We can’t recommend her apartment enough.

Clemence has a beautiful home in a great location. Easy transit to the city centre and great restaurants and cafes near by.

Tom's place was very easy to navigate. It was centrally located and had an elevator. The view from the top floor made it worth it, it was absolutely stunning. There was a tad bit of confusion when it came to picking up the keys. The keys are in a locker INSIDE of the bar Dunquerk, not outside or anything. The staff there were very friendly and answered our questions. 10/10 recommend - we will rebook this place when we return.

Perfect stay! Check in was not too tricky, the lovely next door neighbour who is also the cleaner assisted us and made us feel comfortable! We were also able to leave our baggage with him after checking out as we had a late train. The house was clean and cool, in a good area that’s not too loud or anything and the bedroom is downstairs so quiet. Stairs are quite steep so if you have mobility issues might not work. We loved staying at Marie’s! The location is perfect in Le Marais with an unlimited number of restaurants, cafes, shops, and museums within a few blocks. Even though it’s a busy neighborhood, Marie’s apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Marie was beyond attentive to our every need and question. We traveled to Paris with our 9-month old and the extra room was perfect for her, as it can be fully darkened with the skylight and window shades and Marie was kind enough to provide a crib for us. There was a supermarket one block away with all of the baby supplies that we needed as well. The cobblestone entrance is very, very bumpy for a stroller but our little one seemed to really enjoy the ride and then once outside the sidewalks a small but sufficient for a stroller. Marie provided great recommendations and we cooked dinner several times at home using groceries purchased from the local farmers market.

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

Absolutely loved my stay at Monica’s!! Was informed perfectly, place is well secure and has enough space for 2. Balcony is astonishing. All the utilities and equipment work perfectly and are in great condition. Will definitely be wanted to stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Paris!!!

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

I'm so glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The house is uniquely and interestingly designed, just like the pictures and descriptions.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide us with a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche activities. My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. Solveig and Julien's accommodation is very nice, clean and functional. The neighborhood is quiet, green and flowery, well served by shops and the tram is nearby. Beautiful park with small lake, water games and children's playgrounds at a tram station. It takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour by public transport to reach the key monuments (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Cité des Sciences, etc.). Solveig and Julien are accommodating and discreet hosts.

We had a great time at Guillaume's place! The house is close to Paris, easily accessible by public transport, and in a very quiet location. The place is true to the description, very clean, you immediately feel at home, and all this at a reasonable price. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Guillaume is very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Everything was perfect, we will come back with great pleasure. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Very good stay in a very nice studio. Very easy access. Nearby suburbs. Metro 6 min. Tram 1 min. Local fast food for fans and supermarkets. Very quiet. Lovely patio. Well-equipped.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
