Holiday rentals with a patio in Les Halles, Paris

Benjamin et Marie ont été accessibles et arrangeants. L’appartement était conforme à la description et proche en métro du centre de Paris. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in der Stadt. Wir haben uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr sicher gefühlt und die Ruhe nach dem Ausflug in die Stadt genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für die Kinder war alles notwendige und Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Metro ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort fährt man ca 20 Minuten zu Notre Dame und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die schönen, gemütlichen Terrassen! Mit einem Frühstück vom Supermarkt unten im Haus ein toller Start in den Tag. Direkt an der nächsten Ecke ist ein Park mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Also perfekt für eine Familie, um Stadt und Spiel zu verbinden. Aber auch ohne Kinder sehr schön, es gibt 3 Arbeitsplätze für mobiles Arbeiten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A true little Parisian gem!! Safe and walkable with lots of metro stops. The place is so cute and makes you feel at home. The beds were comfy and lots of table space for your things. Loved it!!

Perfect stay! Check in was not too tricky, the lovely next door neighbour who is also the cleaner assisted us and made us feel comfortable! We were also able to leave our baggage with him after checking out as we had a late train. The house was clean and cool, in a good area that’s not too loud or anything and the bedroom is downstairs so quiet. Stairs are quite steep so if you have mobility issues might not work. The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

We loved our stay in Pamela's place. The location is amazing, right along the Canal St. Martin, a great place to hang out and close to several convenient metro stops (within close walking distance of République). We enjoyed Pamela's instructional videos and local recommendations, and she was super communicative and friendly. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, decorated with lots of cute touches, and had good amenities and everything we needed (and even things we didn't realize we would need, like slippers and umbrellas!). The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been a bigger TV for couch lounging, but this didn't detract from the experience. This was a great place to stay for a week or longer, and I would definitely stay here again!

Una zona muy bonita para caminar, rodeado de restaurantes y bares. Facil acceso para el sistema de transporte (metro, bus) y muy seguro. El apartamento es como se describe, muy acogedor y funcional. La lavadora funciona de maravilla y nos fue de gran ayuda. Gracias!

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. Le logement de Solveig et Julien est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme, verdoyant et fleuri, bien desservi en commerces et le tram est à proximité. Joli parc avec petit lac, jeux d'eau et aires de jeux d'enfants à une station de tram. Comptez entre 45 min à 1h de transport en commun pour rejoindre les monuments clés (Tour Eiffel, Louvres, Cité des Sciences...). Solveig et Julien sont des hôtes arrangeants et discrets.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guillaume ! La maison est proche de Paris, facilement accessible en transports en communs, et dans un endroit très calme. Le lieu est fidèle à la description, très propre, on se sent tout de suite à la maison, et tout ca à un prix raisonnable. Restaurants et supermarchés sont proches. Guillaume est très sympathique et nous a fait tout de suite sentir bienvenus. Tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci !!

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung in der Unterkunft bei Sanaa in Créteil! Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Sanaa achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit und Komfort, was man sofort beim Betreten merkt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit: Während unseres Aufenthalts war es draußen sehr warm, und Sanaa hat uns ohne zu zögern einen Ventilator besorgt und persönlich vorbeigebracht – das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und zeigt, wie sehr ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen fünf Sterne sind absolut verdient! Wer eine zuverlässige, saubere und herzlich betreute Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
