Vous êtes au milieu de la nature entre montagne et rivière dans un petit hameau rural ou se côtoient une quinzaine d'habitants à l'année. La maison est entièrement rénovée, ouverte en 2020. Rien que pour vous : terrasse, barbecue, jardin, jeux extérieurs, spa (mai à septembre) et vue panoramique sur la montagne. Maison voisine: Airbnb "Au petit hameau" A proximité: randonnées, grottes, points de vue, ancien château, lacs, Cité de Carcassonne, canal du midi, abbayes, châteaux de Lastours...

The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
