Bienvenue dans notre gite d'environ 45m2 vue sur mer en plein coeur de l'Anse de Sciotot. Cette maison rénovée entièrement début 2025 peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Elle dispose d'une chambre avec lit double ainsi que d'un canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas). Le jardin surplombe la maison avec une vue dégagée sur la plage située à moins de 5min à pieds. Vous y trouverez bar, restaurants mais aussi aire de jeux pour enfants, terrain de pétanque, école de surf...

Bright studio (fibre) 100m from the beach & GR223

Exceptional location for this very sunny studio "Sardine argentée" with a surface area of 28m², fully renovated, very well equipped and with fibre optic cables. It is on the garden level in a small and quiet residence located in Surtainville, close to Barneville-Carteret and Flamanville on the West coast of the Cotentin. You will appreciate its immense fine sandy beach, along the path of the Douaniers (GR 223), 100 m from the house and its location on the Route des Caps!

The Cabane de Baubigny.

Nice wooden chalet with terrace, in a quiet campsite. Located in the heart of a vast protected natural area, facing southwest, the "Cabane de Baubigny" enjoys exceptional views of the sea & the Channel Islands. The campsite does not offer any entertainment and does not have a swimming pool. It is therefore the ideal place for people who want to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature in complete serenity. A small 1 km road leads to a beautiful wild beach just opposite.

The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

New house (2018) of 100 m2 located in a quiet subdivision, it includes 3 bedrooms, a living room of 45 m2, terrace 55 m2 well exposed. House with all the comforts and very well-equipped. It is located a 10-minute walk from the marina and the center of Carteret. The house is located at 13 Rue André Poulain 50270. bath towels and dish towels are provided, sheets are provided on request (€15 per bed)
