We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

We were there with 4 people for the Alpe D'Huzes. The apartment was neat and clean, the host very friendly and helpful. Location within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and shops. A nice and large private garden, garage for the bikes. Great base for walks and bike rides. We enjoyed it tremendously.

Wonderful family weekend in this beautiful house. The numerous rooms allow everyone to have their own space. Jo and Anita are very welcoming and accommodating. Once again, thank you for everything. Looking forward to returning to this beautiful house.

Great place to relax but also a good as a base for hiking, mountainbike and good restaurant 20 min by car in Theys. Also our daughter fell in love with the dog Snow. Great dog to play with for kids and very good manners and intelligent dog. Great place for families!

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

We spent two wonderful weeks in this great vacation home. The accommodation was exactly as described – cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was a real highlight in the wonderful weather we had over the entire 14 days. The e-bikes provided were also an absolute asset – they allowed us to take many wonderful tours in the area and enjoy the landscape. A special thank you to our host Paul, who welcomed us very warmly. We were greeted with delicious local cookies and a bottle of wine – a very nice and personal gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. We were two with our dog and felt completely comfortable. The holiday home is also ideal for travelers with four-legged friends. We can recommend this holiday home 100% with a clear conscience and will be happy to come back!

Julien made his apartment available to my brother and me for a multi-day motorcycle vacation. The accommodation is excellently equipped as described, great location and quiet and offers complete retreat. Julien is always friendly and interested in our satisfaction, gave helpful tour recommendations and can always offer pragmatic assistance. I would repeat this vacation exactly as it was. And for my next hiking holiday, this wonderful region with Julien's great apartment is a very serious option! I'd love to be a guest at Julien's again anytime.

Very nice accommodation. Furnishings tip top. Location is quiet. You can stay outside very well and hike from the house. There are many more hikes within a 15-minute drive. Recommendations are given by the host. Sylvain is super friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

My cycling friends and I decided to cycle in the region around Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. When we went looking for a suitable base, we ended up at "Au Pied des Cols" by Laurent. This turned out to be a modern, compact, detached holiday home, literally at the foot of Col du Chaussy and Col du Sapey, in a beautiful, quiet location near Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Large enough for the three of us, ideal for cyclists as well; there is a practical storage space, including all the equipment for cleaning and maintenance of the bikes, perfect. The communication with Laurent went smoothly and smoothly, the check-in and check-out also, flexible by using the key box. All in all, this apartment is highly recommended!

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

We are a couple with two teenagers. and we had a very pleasant stay in Mickaël's house! The house is located in an extremely quiet environment, and 15 minutes from the ski resort of Saint François Longchamp. It's very comfortable, and has all amenities. Located in the village of La Chambre, all shops are within walking distance in 2 minutes! In addition, Mickaël is a very responsive host who made our check-in and check-out easier!

This place is truly a haven of peace. The garden offers magnificent views of the Alps. The house and surroundings are charming, with plenty of walking and biking trails in the area. Aurore and Guenael made us feel at home right away and were very communicative and helpful.

We had a really nice stay. The house is cozy, clean and surrounded by nature. Catherine and Jean Paul were very kind hosts and allowed us to have a unique experience: cuddling the goats and feeding them milk with a bottle! We left early in the morning and couldn't say goodbye to them in person, but we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Highly recommended!

We felt completely comfortable at Christelle's! The accommodation was great, the view fantastic and the tranquility to enjoy. We were also delighted to enjoy delicious cakes and the time in Megeve. Kitchen was super equipped, only the mattress was a little too hard for us (but that's a matter of taste). We will be happy to come back :)

Exceptional and beautiful place with its park and location. Really caring owners. One downside, all the bedding is not the best, especially a 140 bed, otherwise very pleasant to live in, I recommend it.

Functional accommodation in a peaceful and relaxing setting. Everything we expected to spend 2 weeks of vacation. A real corner of paradise for hikers. Davy and Joseph are always available as needed. Really great.

comfortable house in a calm area The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Everything is available in the kitchen. Lots of crockery, herbs, enough big pans, large fridge with freezer compartment etc. Christine and her husband welcomed us and explained everything. It all went in French. A little harder for us to understand. Within walking distance of the house a small shop, where we bought bread every morning. 5 minutes drive to Le Chal/ ski lift. In Le Chal enough good restaurants, a supermarket, ski rental, point of sale ski pass, few shops, cinema. In short, nice place for a week, if you don't mind being in a quiet village without many facilities.

What can I say? Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in on this trip (9 in all) this is where I was the happiest. Not that there was anything wrong with the other places, but this renovated grange had all the charm of years gone by with the modern necessities that are so appreciated when travelling. Frédérica and Gilbert are the most charming people, so very kind and generous with their time but not intrusive in the least. They were kind enough to allow me to extend our stay by one day as I was too unwell to travel to the next destination and even did some emergency food shopping for us. The house is superb - renovated with flair, elegance and typical French charm. We lacked for absolutely nothing, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the linen/towels etc were impeccable. Plus the shower pressure was a dream after a long day! We could see the lake from our window, but everything was close by. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a happy holiday!
