Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Les Minimes, La Rochelle

We stayed for a very short stay but the small accommodation was exactly what we expected: clean, functional and quiet. Moreover, devoured with gusto.

Very nice studio, the bed is a sofa with very good quality bedding. On the other hand, a little difficult to unfold. Nothing is missing, kitchen and bathroom impeccable. Small outdoor area and car parked in the property. Christina welcomed us very well. Christina and Michel provide 2 bikes of very good quality, top!!, we did everything by bike: the port about 25 minutes, the island of Ré 30/40 minutes. We had a great stay.

We rented the accommodation for a weekend with friends. Free street parking and the old port is a 15-minute walk.

Listing that keeps all its promises. Great location! Very clean and functional. Marc is also a very responsive host to specific requests. We recommend 😊

For our first stay in La Rochelle, we were greeted by a very pleasant and welcoming host. These tips allowed us to visit the region as well as the use of urban transport made available to us with a bus stop "if you can say so" at the foot of the house. everything was in accordance with the listing on the site, I recommend this very nice little accommodation to other users because we had a very good stay, thank you again to Eliane for her kindness. Nathalie and Yannick greeted us with a warm welcome to a beautiful, well equipped, spacious apartment - five star quality finish, comfortable bed, and spotless. Thoughtful touches like fruit, bottled water and even some sweets were left for us. They provided a wonderful breakfast. They far exceeded our expectations and i would think their obligation as hosts for the cost. Thanks you so much, we would love to come back some time.

Very good stay at Pauline and Mathieu's. Well furnished and well equipped accommodation, with a very nice terrace. Nothing to say, I would recommend it.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

Ideal location. We would definitely return. Lots of space and although it was super hot weather and there was no AC, the air circulated well and we were never uncomfortable. When one of the fans didn’t work, we communicated with the host and she immediately responded and replaced it.

I recommend Valérie who is a very friendly, pro-active host. The accommodation is very good value for money and very well located in La Rochelle.

Very functional apartment for a family with two bedrooms isolated from the living room by a door, spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen for a weekend and pleasant loggia. The condominium is very clean and well maintained, the elevator and parking space in the basement floor are a real plus. The apartment is on the courtyard but very bright. Recommended
