350 m from the sea! Hyper Center – Everything on Foot!

Toute mignonne! Toute refaite! Située à 350m des plages et à deux pas des rues commerçantes du centre ville, au calme dans une impasse sans voiture. Notre maisonnette de vacances est lumineuse, chaleureuse et fonctionnelle, petit nid douillet pour 2 personnes. Le temps d’une parenthèse ou pour quelques jours de vacances. Vous vous garez aux alentours de la maisonnette et après tout se fait à pied ! Possibilité : 2 adultes + 1 enfant capable de monter des marches de 50 cm (nous contacter).

Come and enjoy this charming house facing south, it is located in a quiet area less than 100m from the beach of Les Génerelles and 400m from the shops of the city center. Parking on the grounds is perfect for doing anything on foot. Ideal for 4 people (up to 6). It welcomes you with a large bright living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen equipped with new. Outside, 2 gardens with terrace and all the necessary equipment (BBQ, living room, sunbeds).

nice studio located 100 m from the sea.

nice studio refurbished, very bright south-facing, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby... the beach is 100 m away. the studio is on the first floor with a secure double entrance. Listing is rated 2 stars . In Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are payable from April to September, I give you a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.
