Located on the 3rd and last floor with mountain views, the sun illuminates the living room. Access to the outdoor heated pool and sauna is free. All amenities are at the foot of the accommodation: restaurants, supermarkets, rotisserie, equipment rentals, the car will remain parked at the outdoor parking lot (for a fee), 50m away. A ski locker and pool open during the summer holidays and all winter.

The south-facing exposure is ideal for enjoying the sun all day on the terrace, with a view of the slopes, away from disturbances. It has a covered parking space, a ski box and direct access to shops, restaurants, equipment rental and ski lessons. Residence with pool.

5 minutes from the city center on foot, in a very quiet area with stunning views of old Embrun and Les Orres. Close to the train station (5 min walk) to enjoy public transportation. A free shuttle is available (2 min walk) to reach the water. High quality apartment in a detached house equipped with modern appliances as well as a pool table and a foosball table. Private terrace with shared garden with the owners for a memorable stay.

In a chalet, a cozy new accommodation, accessible on foot by a small path. Very quiet, private terrace and garden ,south/west facing exceptional panoramic views of the valley. Leisure base and village center 600m walk, Public parking. 1 master bedroom, one convertible for 1 child in the main room, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom/WC. Kitchen: stove top, oven, microwave fridge /freezer oven, raclette machine,blender, kettle coffee machine.

Studio 400 m from the ski area

Modern studio of 14 m2, comfortable 400 m from LES ORRES 1650 snow front, rail tobogganing, ice rink and shops. There is also a pool further down. The studio includes a ski room and a locked bike room. The studio can accommodate 4 people, it is composed of a two-seater bunk bed at the bottom and a place at the top and a one-seater drawer bed. Linens and towels are not provided. There is paid parking in front of the residence.

Le Petit Lieu/Les Orres

Apartment 4 to 6 beds (50m2) in the quiet village of Les Orres ... The entrance of this apartment is independent and you will have the full enjoyment of this warm accommodation. Located due south, you can enjoy a large balcony on which is a bay window that illuminates the entire apartment. Charming small studio in downtown Embrun, air-conditioned

Small recently refurbished studio on the third floor located in the city center of Embrun. Air-conditioned. Low ceiling height. Equipped with a balcony to admire the surrounding mountains. For 2 people with a very comfortable sofa bed. Electric roller shutter and blackout blind for the Velux. Free parking nearby. We provide towels and bed linens. A filter coffee maker is at your disposal as well as a pack of coffee.

I offer you our very well equipped and renovated Design studio, for a weekend, a week or more... in the heart of the Orres 1650 resort. This family resort in the Southern Alps offers many activities, open summer and winter. This small "cocoon" is intended for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children or teens) in a secure luxury residence. Park your car and enjoy! PS: Departure cleaning included in the price.

Work, car, fatigue, noise... Put down your bags and forget about everything during a stay in Les Orres. We tried to think of everything for your comfort: hotel-quality bedding (even for the sofa bed), equipped kitchen, board games, connected TV, small garden furniture with views of nature (or the slopes in winter). In short, everything is there to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountains.

Forest lodge. Apartment 6 to 10 people 90 m2

Located in an old building, facing south, not overlooked, in a hamlet near the capital of Les Orres, 10 minutes by car from the ski resort, with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks, surrounded by nature... possibility to rent at the same time a second adjoining accommodation with a maximum of 5 beds, i.e. a total of 15 beds. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are included.

Cosy appartment in resort center

Cosy apartment, 60m2 just next to ski slopes with surrounding view on Embrun’s valley, 7th floor and 3 balconies. Orientation South and West. Appartment is ideally located 5 minutes by foot from resort center 1650 and all commodities. During resort opening periods (winter and summer) AND school vacation periods, we prefer weekly rentals. Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
